What sets Vieyra Estudio apart is our holistic design, and nowhere is that realized better than in a multisensory food project.

The interpretation of space as an experience of art maintains that the relationship we establish with artistic works of any kind is sensory.

The sense of art is not exhausted in a single interpretation but admits multiple readings that help us discover space, keeping all the senses alert through the abstraction of flavors, sounds and shapes based on a concrete reality.

The design integrates flawlessly for a holistic experience second to none.

Taste the dishes that give off aromas and awaken sensations while listening to a piece of music, while viewing the art installation and reading a text that tells its story. And with a backdrop of good design, all of this enhances the sensory experience.

The mirrors reflect the breadth of the experience, unifying them into one.

The neutral palette puts a spotlight on what is really important: the culinary and artistic experience, thus creating a symbiosis between the table and the environment. Diners are part of the project as sensory critics, as for them, the art and the holistic experience takes on a personal meaning.
