But what makes this project unique is its ability to adapt.

The house is able to receive up to 30 guests effortlessly, but it can also cater to the family of five.

With this kind of spatial versatility, furniture plays an important role.

The bedrooms accommodate up to six people, without losing scale and warmth.

The interior common space integrates with the terrace, doubling the capacity without losing the coexistence between them.

A neutral palette of materials adopts different uses, formats and presentations in each of the spaces.

The naturality of the stone, the warmth of the wood, and the texture of the chukum are framed by the rigidity of the metal plate.

The furniture, art and decorative elements reflect the personality of the house and the clients.

Natural fabrics, earthy color palettes, and symbolic pieces achieve that sense of personalization that is suited perfectly for them—whether five people or 30.
