What sets this project apart is its remarkable adaptability.

While the house can comfortably accommodate up to thirty guests, it also effortlessly adjusts to the daily rhythms of the family of five who reside there.

 

 

The main indoor living area seamlessly connects with the terrace, effectively doubling the usable space while preserving a sense of cohesion between indoors and out. In this context of spatial flexibility, the role of furniture becomes essential.

Neutral tones are applied across the project in a range of formats, textures, and finishes, tailored to the specific character of each space.

The organic essence of stone, the warmth of wood, and the textured softness of chukum are framed by the structural sharpness of metal paneling.

Furniture, art, and decorative elements articulate the identity of the home and its inhabitants. Through natural materials, earthy tones, and symbolic pieces, the space achieves a curated sense of character—intimate enough for five, yet expansive enough for thirty.
