Abilia is an apartment that is characterized by two main areas—common and private.

The first is the social area that integrates the terrace with the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the dining room, and the bar. The second area houses the sleeping rooms and private family room. The social area is distinguished by the fresh, youthful, and light atmosphere without neglecting the formality, luxury, and warmth provided by wood, an elegant contrast with the Calacatta Lincoln marble dining table.Oak latticework functions as the protagonist cube that separates the dining room from the kitchen with a play of light and shadow, providing a nuance of versatility to the space.

The kitchen touts a live-edge bar that subtly integrates into the terrace, generating unity between the environments.

The space opens completely giving fluidity and generating a play of light that highlights the use of natural materials, which provide a natural and authentic touch.

In the private section of the home, the family room maximizes space with floor-to-ceiling bookcase, which ends with a carefully designed gallery wall.

Among these personal items, Vieyra Estudio achieves balance between the aesthetic and the emotional. A skylight increases the warmth of the space.

All bedrooms feature balcony access, creating different atmospheres in a single continuous terrace.

White marble was selected for the bathrooms, which gives the space spaciousness, purity, and the youthful touch of those who inhabit it.

Lighting plays a fundamental role in the construction of this project, using accents to highlight the art and natural materials and personality of the space.
