Thanks to the generous natural light in this apartment, we embraced a deep, rich color palette—resulting in an environment that feels both playful and sophisticated.

The project successfully met its objective: to craft a warm and functional home that the client could enjoy both privately and while entertaining. RD 225 weaves together various zones through thoughtful design, creating defined spaces that remain visually coherent and fluidly connected.

The common areas encourage a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle, made possible by floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a terrace overlooking the stunning Chapultepec Forest.

A water feature links the two spaces, enriching the outdoor experience with movement and serenity. High-quality materials and finishes were essential in this project, where the cool elegance of marble flooring contrasts beautifully with the warmth of wood.

Vertical wooden slats define spaces while maintaining an expansive, integrated feel. Vieyra Estudio curated the furnishings with intention—nearly all pieces are by Mexican designers. These custom elements, along with carefully chosen decorative objects, embody the distinctive personality of both the project and its residents.
