Momentum is a dual and reflective space, inspired by the introspection and creation at the heart of the creative process. This installation by Vieyrarquitectos was designed to celebrate the tenth anniversary of Design House México.

The first is deeply personal: a moment of introspection, where inspiration emerges and the seed of an idea takes form.

The second embodies the production of that idea—translating thought into matter, and concept into reality.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Two primary materials were chosen to convey the essence and purity of the space. In their raw and natural state, these materials awaken the senses and imbue the environment with life and strength, reinforcing the connection between thought, feeling, and form.

 

 

Sound and lighting are two important elements that end up giving meaning to the space, together with art and furniture.
