At Vieyra Estudio, we faced a unique challenge in designing the interiors of a project located in a low-density residential area of Mexico City. The 400 m² lot, with a 10-meter frontage and 40 meters in depth, posed construction restrictions due to zoning regulations.

We collaborated with the architecture firm led by Ignacio Urquiza, who designed a steel and glass structure that adapted to these limitations.

Our approach focused on interior design and furniture selection, creating a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere with double-height spaces, bridges, and covered terraces that seamlessly integrate with the exterior architecture. We chose a structural color inspired by Le Corbusier’s Pantone palette, which harmonizes with the surrounding greenery.

The layout includes a basement with a gym and playroom, a first floor with public areas connected to the garden, bedrooms on the second floor, and a rooftop with a children’s garden and terrace. The thoughtful selection of textures and furniture, combined with the landscaping by Thalia Davidoff, creates a unique living experience that merges the indoors with the outdoors.
