Several original architectural elements were preserved and thoughtfully integrated with contemporary interventions, including a redesigned staircase, marble flooring, and floating ceilings. Select walls were modified to create more cohesive and fluid interior spaces, while the façades were reimagined to maximize natural light and take full advantage of the home’s favorable orientation.

The outdoor terrace is framed by a stone wall adorned with vegetation and features a reflecting pool, which brings both visual appeal and a sense of vitality to the dining area. The original black-tile mansard roofs were replaced with vertical gardens, lending the house a fresh, modern character.
