Doxsteel, a leading international company in the manufacturing of high-quality steel products, has made the strategic decision to expand its operations to Mexico to capitalize on growth opportunities in the region.

The Doxsteelfasteners manufacturing project in Mexico was developed to update the plant to meet market and user needs by integrating new office and control spaces into the necessary areas for production and storage. New spaces for furnaces and equipment, laboratories, workshops, warehouses, cleaning areas, and services for plant employees were added to the complex.

The main objective of the project is to design and build a state-of-the-art industrial plant in Mexico that meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The facility will be equipped with cutting-edge technology and optimized processes for the production of specialized steel products.

The second level houses the offices, designed under an open office scheme with collaboration areas and services, arranged parallel to the full development of the workstations. The third level features a roof garden, giving a recreational use to the industrial roof, which is usually wasted. This space takes advantage of the height’s greatest asset—the view of the surrounding area and the complex.
