One of the greatest challenges—and ultimately, one of the greatest assets—of Casa M is its steeply sloped site. This topography informed the architectural strategy: a program distributed across staggered levels, responding directly to the terrain.

The project takes shape as a volumetric composition of solids and voids, enriched by tiered terraces and balconies. These elements not

only bring visual rhythm and balance to the façades but also ensure a strong outdoor connection at every level of the home.

A defining feature of the design is its materiality, which balances a neutral palette with striking contrasts. The façade features exposed white concrete, elegantly offset by black steel frames. Generous glazing and open terraces enhance permeability and the overall sense of lightness.

Throughout the home, a seamless interior-exterior connection is emphasized. The main level includes terraces with an outdoor lounge and bar, encouraging fluid movement between inside and out. This same continuity continues on the lower level, where the grill area becomes a direct extension of the dining room, reinforcing the project’s spatial integration.
