A defining element of the project is the walnut lattice, which filters natural light into the space, casting visual textures that enrich the warmth of the interior. This thoughtful use of material and light encourages a sense of connection in every corner of the home.

In the living room, a custom metallic wall panel introduces unique tonalities that lend strength to the space, creating a bold contrast with the white Calacatta marble used for the bar and fire feature.

The dining area features limestone walls that soften the vertical presence of black basalt, which rises floor to ceiling. This composition is balanced by a sliding wooden door that offers both intimacy and flexibility within the shared family area.

This is a versatile environment—crafted for both rest and gathering—seamlessly integrating the dining and living rooms.

Most of the walls are finished in gray stucco, chosen for its artisanal feel and distinctive texture, serving as the perfect canvas for the surrounding elements to infuse energy and character into the space.

The primary bedroom is a retreat in itself—an intimate space designed for rest and restoration.

Furnishings were selected with comfort as the guiding principle, ensuring that each piece complements the space in a balanced blend of classic elegance and contemporary style.
